NHOA 101C Lux 1BR Condo Pool access in Aldea Zama

Unfortunately our stay was disappointing overall. We were locked out of our room multiple times during the trip, which became very frustrating and inconvenient. One of the main reasons we booked NHOA was because of its locations and the bikes advertised by the hotel, however the bikes available were unsafe and therefore usable, which was really disappointing and felt misleading compared to what was promoted. As a result, we had to rely on taxis to get everywhere despite specifically choosing this hotel partly for the convenience of the bikes. There were also multiple power cuts throughout our stay. During these outages, important security systems were affected, including the front entrance access and our hotel room door locks, which made us feel quite uncomfortable from a safety perspective. The only positives were the room itself and the location. Having direct access from the room straight into the pool was lovely and definitely the highlight of the stay.
